One Nations Youth in Care Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, culturally intelligent care for vulnerable youth aged 10 to 17. Servicing Abbotsford, Mission and Hope BC, we offer 24/7 care with a focus on agricultural programs, integrated case management, and holistic support. Our unique farm setting provides an opportunity for youth to engage in agricultural activities, fostering a connection to the land and teaching valuable life skills.
